Our March Adventures

Yesterday we headed out to have a picnic lunch at the park. We actually visited two parks in two hours and the kiddos had a blast. Why we left the first park is quite the story but due to the gross nature it will never be documented fully...Luka pooping in a Whataburger cup...enough said?
Here are a few cute pics.

So we started digging a tunnel....
And then we got carried away...

The kiddos helped with the yard work and car cleaning this weekend. They also helped me pick up some flowers and front yard decorations.  Next weekend we will introduce picking up Abbey's poop in the back yard. ;) Hey, why not? They loving helping!

Uhm...could we fit any more stuff in our backyard? Imagine it with a bounce house, too!
The sand box will be the death of me!!! UGH!!! Such a mess! My husband told me so but I wouldn't listen. Luka loves to sit by it like in this picture...

On Monday, we got to ride our bikes at the nearby park.

On Saturday afternoon we celebrated Tono and LaLa's birthdays at Mimi and Papa'.

That evening we mt Zach, Ang and their little ones at KK. The kiddos had a lot of fun.

Here are some additional phone pics from Mia's gymnastics class yesterday.

And last, some cute pictures that I took at my parents house the other day after our bluebonnet photo shoot.
Love their faces- Deda just got them some new toys.

Mia the Gymnast

Miss Mia attended a trial gymnastics class and decided that SHE LOVES IT! She had SO much fun and really enjoyed being there. Actually, she didn't want to leave and wanted to join another class that was starting as her class finished. I thought it was funny that at the very beginning she told me that she wanted me to stay right by her the whole time...two seconds after gettin there she was going off by herself with her teacher and new friends. Never once did she ask for Mommy. Our sweet, big girl!

I got to camera to go with her and off she went. :)

Like Daddy...tongue sticking ou while she is trying to focus!

Mia and her sweet friend/neighbor Jade. :)

Ringing the bell aftr doing a great job at one of the stations.

Daddy as really hoping she would be his little triathlete. A few nights ago after doing my run I picked her and Abbey up and we walked/ran around the neighborhood. This little girl impressed me so much! She ran a good while before stopping. The next night Daddy took her and he was equally as impressed. :) So fun to see your kids enjoy and like being active and involved in sports.

Bluebonnet Pics 2012

It all started like this...wet field...two grumpy toddlers...lots and lots of fussing and whinning....Mommy was sure that she was going drink a Smirnoff at 10 a.m. when we got home....

Thankfully it very quickly turned into this...there might or might not have been some bribing going on when they started turning their moods around.
